Nora is a fairly quiet town famed for its old wooden houses and cute lakeside location, olde worlde railway and sumptuous ice creams
The olde railway station (Wolfy to the left where we stayed overnight)
Nice olde train with snow plough (as it happens the temperature was 22 degrees centigrade today!)
So hot in fact that I just HAD to sample one of the rather decadent chocolate and vanilla ice creams!
Oooh………. it’s love!
worthy of a quick praline chocolatey kiss while no one was looking (well you would wouldn’t you!)
How about this for a public telephone box (no longer fitted tho’)
And finally…………… (always wanted to say that!)….. It appears that one of the Swedish passions is cruising around in American cars. This one was built in 1955 and took the owner 6 years and about 5000 hours to renovate. It has a 5 litre V8 engine. I want one!
