This is one of the oldest buildings in Ystad (1630) and in the background is the spire of St Mary’s Church famous for the Night Watchman activity that takes place between 21:15 and 03:00 during which he blows his horn every 15 mins through the clock tower window. This has occurred every night since 1250 AD (if he fell asleep he would be beheaded!)
